We recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming B&B in the idyllic Hartland peninsula. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the hosts, Karen and Graham. The rooms were spacious, immaculate, and exquisitely furnished, making us feel right at home. The delicious and generous breakfasts were a delightful start to our days of exploring the breathtaking surroundings. Despite being a few miles from the coast, the peaceful location added to the tranquility of our stay. Although the minor country road might require some navigation, it is well worth the effort. Karen's helpful directions and Google Maps proved essential in finding this hidden gem. We were able to use our car and public transportation to conveniently access the nearby South West Coast Path for our daily hikes. The hosts' thoughtfulness extended to arranging a pick-up from Hartland Quay to retrieve our car when needed. We truly enjoyed our time at this top-class B&B, and highly recommend it to anyone seeking luxurious hospitality in the heart of Devon's countryside.

The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for our romantic escape. The breakfast menu offered a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering a peaceful and quiet environment.
The staff was not as friendly or helpful as we had hoped. They seemed disinterested and did not go out of their way to assist us.

Had a great stay in a charming B&B, surrounded by beautiful landscapes. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms with excellent facilities. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with many vegetarian options. The perfect base to explore the coastal area. The B&B is close to public transport and has free on-site parking.
There wasn't anything majorly wrong with the stay, except for the occasional sound of nature creeping through the walls. Nevertheless, the overall experience was peaceful and relaxing.

Stayed over xmas, room was clean and cozy with great views of the countryside. the breakfast was delicious and there were options for various dietary restrictions. the hosts were really friendly and offered helpful local tips for exploring the area.
The location was really remote and difficult to get to without a car. there was no availability for xmas dinner and no other options nearby, which made the holiday really underwhelming.

The countryside location of this B&B is great. the rooms have all home comforts. Breakfast includes a variety of options and is served with a smile. the owners are welcoming and accommodating, making guests feel at ease. the rooms are clean and have all facilities, including an espresso machine.
The hotel can be difficult to find and is somewhat isolated, making it challenging to reach other nearby attractions or find restaurants on foot.

Lovely place with perfect hosts
We, a family of four, recently stayed at this wonderful B&B and had a fantastic experience. The hosts, Karen and Graham, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their hospitality was on another level, surpassing any we had experienced during our three-week trip in the UK. Even their adorable dog was a delight! Karen was like a supermom to our teenagers, and her creativity in home decoration was impressive. Graham had us in stitches with his great sense of humor - he could have his own comedy show! We were in awe of what they had built with their own hands.
